Guidelines for Submitting Artwork

File Type

Any artwork sent to us should be PC formatted.

Submit artwork to us in vector art. This ensures accurate scaling and allows us to make any modifications easily and efficiently.

Preferred
Unacceptable
  • Adobe Illustrator 10.0 (.ai, .eps)
  • All fonts should be saved as outlines
  • Word processing files (.doc)
  • Gif (.gif), JPEG, (.jpg, .jpeg), Bitmap (.bmp), Tiff (.tif, .tiff)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)

File Transfer

If these guidelines cannot be met, or the artwork submitted is not acceptable for any reason, other charges may apply. Artwork corrections can involve any of the following:

  • scanning artwork for editing functions, or changing to proper format
  • resetting type that is too thin, too heavy, broken up, or not printable
  • setting type, or adding text to artwork provided
  • straightening edges, or sharpening the edge quality
  • heavying up thin lines that are too fine to print
  • opening up thin reverse areas that when printed would fill in solid
  • color separating art for multiple colors
