Phil entered this world sometime between the end of World War I and the beginning of World War II, he's not quite sure. Raised in Lincoln, attended the University of Nebraska during the "Happy Days" and finished his military service and went to work in 1959 for his dad, Bob Stephens. Has been at it ever since. Taking over managment upon Bob's retirement in the mid 70's and ownership upon the death of Bob in 1992. There are not many jobs in the company that he has not done. He's proud to admit that he has cleaned the restroom and done the windows (not recently, however). Over the years Phil has been active in numerous organizations, served on several boards and served as president of the Advertising Federation of Lincoln and Executive Club of Lincoln. Judy is Phil's wife of 50 years and they are extremely proud of their three children, Mark, Matt, and Anne and four grandchildren.

Talk about nepotism, Mark is the third generation to toil in the family business. Mark is Phil's son (not brother) and he grew up around the family business helping out on holidays and summer vacation. Mark is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a major in Journalism. Mark joined the firm full time in 1983 and in the beginning, shared a desk with his Grandfather. At that desk, he had an opportunity to learn valuable lessons from an industry pioneer. Mark is active in community organizations, holding president and board member positions on several. According to Mark, he enjoys eating and napping. He does enjoy Nebraska Football -- just ask him.

Jon came to BS&A in 1993. After serving 4 years in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Jon decided being land locked was a good idea! Jon and his wife Anne have 2 daughters, Sadie and Ellie. Jon enjoys projects around the house, running, familiy time in Minnesota, being involved in Sheridan Lutheran Church, and throwing the ball for his Yellow Lab, Sis.

Beth was born in Hampton, Nebraska. She has been with Bob Stephens and Associates since 2003. She has two grown daughters and is married to her high school sweetheart, Dan. Beth enjoys gardening, cribbage, and exercise.

Kim has been with Bob Stephens and Associates since 1995. She is married and has two sons and one daughter-in-law. Kim enjoys spending time with family & friends, as well as her two beagles. Her hobbies include flower gardening, water sports, reading, travel, and camping.

Bob was born in Van Nuys, California but considers Gwinner, North Dakota his hometown. He has been with Bob Stephens and Associates, and managed the Trophy Shop since 1988. Bob is married to Peggy, and they have two grown daughters and two granddogs. His hobbies include woodworking of all kinds (woodcarving, furniture, etc.), coin collecting, tinkering with electricity, crosswords, and sudoku.
