Our Company

Bob Stephens opened his doors on February 15, 1954 with a desk, file, a phone, and his 17 years of promotional products sales experience as his assets. Those doors were located on the corner of 10th and L Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska, as they are today.

Over the years, things changed as his son, Phil, joined the company full-time in 1959 and the office space grew. Bob and Phil successfully worked side-by-side for a number of years with their staff of three. In the mid 1960's, The Trophy Shop was added to the operation providing award and engraving services. Mark Stephens, Phil's son, joined the company full-time in 1983 after hanging around the business as a youngster. and beginning part-time in the late 70's. This made the company three generations deep. To add to the strength of the company, Jon Schernikau, Phil's son-in-law, joined the company in 1993 after completing five years in the U.S. Navy as an engineering officer.

Bob Stephens retired in the late 70's and passed away in 1991.

With a support staff of four and three generations of experience and knowledge, Bob Stephens and Associates enjoys a strong reputation that has been built on a long history of great ideas and superior service.
